April 20, 2026 – The Yongpu Precision Customer Open Day, themed "Precision Empowers, Smart Manufacturing Shapes the Future," was held in Suzhou. During the new product launch session, Product Manager Ms. Yang Ziwei introduced 13 brand new cutting tools and 4 pre-release products, covering drill bits, milling cutters, taps, PCD tools, and reamers – directly addressing the machining pain points of industries such as new energy vehicles and aerospace. Leveraging its four major product systems – Universal, High-Performance, Specialized, and Modular – Yongpu Precision is building a one-stop precision machining solution for its customers.
In the technical service sharing session, Application Engineer Mr. Du Zhenhai systematically presented the company's six major technical service systems: from customized design to on-site application services; from total solutions to tool management and regrinding; from test center validation to knowledge lectures and training. In the afternoon of the Open Day, guests entered the production workshop to observe up close the entire process of solid carbide tool manufacturing – from grinding, coating, and edge honing to inspection. The standardized operation of each process is a microcosm of Yongpu Precision's pursuit of "precision intelligent manufacturing" quality. During the smart manufacturing case study session, Yongpu Precision, together with Mastercam, Vericut, and Sandvik Coromant, presented the complete technological chain: from part process design and automatic programming generation to machining simulation and tool process monitoring with big data analytics. Guests gained a direct appreciation of Yongpu Precision's systematic layout and implementation capabilities in the field of digital and intelligent machining.
As night fell, the appreciation dinner commenced in a warm and lively atmosphere. General Manager Tian Jianhong delivered a toast, thanking all the guests for their trust and support along the way.
