The vane air compressor was first applied in refrigeration equipment, including car air conditioning, aircraft air conditioning, turbochargers, and large cabinet air conditioners. The working principle is to output air at standard atmospheric pressure through energy conversion to meet the needs of air compressors. The working parts of the vane compressor mainly consist of a vane dynamic disk and a vane static disk, as shown in the figure below, which cooperate to compress the air.

  The vortex compressor mainly relies on the periodic rotation of the dynamic disk and the static disk to achieve the compression of air during operation, as it is an air compression part, and precise cooperation between the two is required to achieve the normal operation of the compressor. This also puts forward extremely high requirements for the manufacturing accuracy of the dynamic/static disk. For example: in order to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the parts, the perpendicularity of the vortex curve is required to be ≤0.008, the roughness of the bottom surface and side surface is required to be ≤Rz6.3, the parallelism between the top surface and the bottom surface is ≤0.015, and the flatness of the bottom surface is ≤0.01.

2. Sealing groove
  There is a sealing groove on the top surface of the dynamic disk and the top surface of the static disk, each for the installation of friction plates. The width of the sealing groove is usually between 1.60-1.64mm, with a width tolerance of ±0.05, and it is required that the chamfer of the composite top surface be machined together; in order to ensure the installation effect, no burrs are allowed to appear inside the groove.



Solution:

  1. Single-blade design adopted;
  2. Rear knife face grinding to ensure sufficient clearance gap;
  3. Unique rear angle design to ensure sufficient support during the milling process.


Three, Bearing mounting hole

  The center of the back of the rotating disk is a bearing hole, which is used to install the bearing and support the rotation of the rotating disk.
