Today, let's talk about the specific characteristics and manufacturing processing requirements of the car wheel hub unit.
HUB units are components for mounting and connecting vehicle wheels, and their bolt holes have very special requirements:
1. High precision, ensuring precise installation and accurate position;
2. High-intensity and high-reliability, ensuring stable operation under various complex working conditions;
3. Good sealing performance, effectively resisting external corrosion;
Of course, it must be universal and adaptable, capable of being widely used in different car models; at the same time, it also needs to take into account the functionality and aesthetics.
In addition, the disk part of the wheel hub unit, as the key part of braking friction, also has extremely high requirements for the roughness of the end face.

Workpiece material:55# steel,
Hardness: HRC24-28,
Process 5 holes of D13.96±0.025 and chamfer the hole mouth to the size, the through hole depth is 11mm. The position requirement is 0.2, and the end face is not allowed to have scratches.
